I showed up for my appointment on time. The office was extremely busy. I went to sign in and the receptionist, who was a new one, told me don't sign-in. Asked me my name. And said, have a seat, we'll get to you when we can. So I was curious and asked her if they were running behind. She stated, yes. There are only two people here. As a patient I didn't understand all of that but I did have another place I had to be in an hour. So I told the receptionist, go ahead and cancel my appointment I have another appointment I can't miss. I was going to a next town over to get a food box because I needed it.Anyways, I called two weeks later to get an appointment, and I was called immediately back after making my appointment and was told that they were no longer going to see me. This was Nov.2025. It wasn't till Jan 22 that my patient advocate finally found out why they released me as a patient. She was told because I had too many missed appointments. Yet no letter has been sent to me and also no other doctor's for a new doctor as per the usual when something like this happens. I have been a patient of this clinic for roughly 10 years. For a doctor to release a patient who was seeking a cancer screening is beyond me! I don't recommend this office to anyone. They don't follow proper procedures nor care if a patient is having any serious medical issues. I still haven't received a letter of release. Not even a call back from there office manager either. As I called and left a message with her in late November. This isn't an ethical office and I will be taking further steps to alert the medical board about this matter. It's a sad day when a patient has to fight for proper care in a free country and seek a medical advocate for fair treatment. I am also disabled with a heart and blood condition.

Dr herring is a great doctor here. I highly recommend him, he is very informative and does not push. If you are looking for a new primary physician this would be it. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, got me in and out fast.
While Dr. Haynes is an amazing doctor, the staff will not return calls with important information. You might as well go into the office. Do not depend on them with time sensitive information.
My entire family uses this practice. It is about a 30 minute drive just to go, but for us it's so worth it. Dr. Herring takes his time with all of us, listens to every concern and never makes you feel unheard or rushed. You are his #1 focus when you are there. The office staff is absolutely wonderful as well. They create a very welcoming atmosphere and show they care. This is a great practice.
Our primary care physician retired and Dr. Haynes’s office took us on. To say we have issues is an understatement! Dr Haynes has quickly come up to speed, listens thoroughly and compassionately deals with the situation via phone, virtual appointment or in person. So thankful for her and her staff.
