Anctill replaced our 20 year old, broken air conditioner with a new heat pump. The salesman was excellent. He provided a quick, thorough quote and explained our options. The installation crew consisted of two very nice guys who cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our property. They also explained the system thoroughly, and answered all our questions.
I've used Anctil for AC installation at two properties so far (and for repairs at another property), and I've been delighted every time. This time could not have gone more smoothly: the needed equipment arrived earlier than promised and the team (led by Jose) worked quickly and quietly (and cleaned up perfectly!) to get AC installed on the hottest day of the year! Anctil also did a fantastic job of coordinating with my condo building's management company. I hope I never undertake another major remodel, but if I do, I will absolutely turn to Anctil again.

We hired Anctil to replace our furnace and not only is the new furnace great, the expertise, service and communication was outstanding. From start to finish we were kept aware of timelines and install process details. The team had to do quite a bit of problem solving once the install began and they came up with the desired solution even though it took an extra day. Cannot thank them enough for their quality and service! Will always go back to them for future projects.
Jose and his crew installed a Carrier gas furnace, a Carrier heat pump, and an ecobee thermostat in our home this week. It all went smoothly. They were punctual, polite, professional, responsive to questions and concerns, and by all appearances knowledgeable and experienced. As expected, it took about a day and a half. The price was competitive. With some 90+degree days expected this weekend, the heat pump will get its first test. If you are thinking about a similar project, I would recommend Anctil Heating & Cooling.
