I received excellent plumbing service from start to finish. Lauren, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciated the attention to detail and the respect shown for my home. I am very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend this company to others.
Since I've received 2 auto texts every day since the job was complete here's what I think. Hire someone else. My technician hit something on my exterior wall preventing the screw from going in all the way and just left it buckling my siding. He had to return to redo the gas lines that were incorrectly "secured" to the outside of my house putting extra screw holes in my siding. The county gas tech had to explain how to secure it so it could be hooked up to the gas meter. In the water tank closet he left a piece of drywall that was trash for me to clean up along with drywall dust from plugging the old lines. None of this should've happened considering the high cost they charge to hire them.

The time was short and quick from my telephone call for help to David S. arriving to evaluate trouble and make needed repairs after receiving my approval of the estimated repair cost. When all finished David was thorough and meticulous cleaning up after his work. His years of experience, plus his professionalism, helped us know we were with a good company.
I'm here to warn others about the incompetence of the technicians and the horrible business practices they partake in. I had them out for a general maintenance on my plumbing. I was told my PSI valve was broken and needed repair and with that repair, I needed a new retention tank as well. Mind you, my house is only 3 yrs old so my equipment is also only 3 yrs old. They tried to do some fear tactics by telling me without this fix the water pressure in my home will destroy my fixtures and my pipes and I'll have a larger issue. I decided to get a second opinion and yes, I am getting too much water pressure to my house but a simple tightening of the bolt fixed it. I don't need a new value or a new retention tank. But the technicians who came out, didn't even attempt to fix that, instead they quoted me $1,000! The guy who came out also tried to scare me into getting a water filter for my whole house because I have chlorine in my water and that causes cancer. I encourage everyone to get a second opinion or go with a smaller company that has more knowledgeable technicians and aren't trying to scam you out of money.
