This cute little boutique hotel was good for its value and was comfortable enough for our short two day stay but had a few minor inconveniences. The positives are that the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The location is in the residential area of the fun and eclectic bishop arts district so its walkable to the action but also quiet and secure, safe from any riff-raff. The decor felt eclectic and they had a common lounge area with self serve coffee water and teas. The negatives are that u can tell that its a very old building that has been modernized and recently renovated. Having said this, theres this stench in the building that they try to hide with some kind of airfreshener but it just makes the air scent feel thicker. They should probably install air purifiers instead. The wifi signal is also weak so this may be important to some who may need to stay connected. The streaming services often cutout and needed to be reset. It should also be noted that this was a fully self service hotel. There is no concierge to help you. We booked through a third party site and no clear directions were given to us on how to access any doors, however it was easy enough to figure it out once arriving. They have someone available through email/text to provide support.
What a gem!!! Just a 10-minute walk to Bishop Arts District, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. We had a great stay here! Each room is uniquely decorated like a different city around the world. The Beijing room was so cute and well decorated, and everything was clean and up to date! This hotel is almost like an AirBnB crossed with a hotel: check in was contactless and very simple, accessing everything we needed via door/gate codes from the confirmation email. Things to know: - No breakfast available, but lots of great cafes nearby to choose from! - Contactless check in: we did not see any employees except for the housekeepers in the morning. This hotel is run very similar to an AirBnB. - Parking is gated and included in your stay. - Access to the property is run via gate codes and door codes sent to you by email. Be sure to check your email for confirmation and email information. Overall, this was a great and unique spot to stay!

Too good to be true, but it is true! I absolutely love this place. It was very easy to check in, I felt very safe, the room was actually very clean, it was quiet, surrounded by bars, public transportation, eateries, and the downtown area. The rooms were big and you get to watch free Netflix and other streaming apps. If you are traveling for work, I highly recommend this hotel because it makes you feel like you are at home. Job well done!
The room was super cute and a GREAT location! Everything was clean and plenty of security on the doors. I couldn't find a mini fridge in the king studio (the bed was queen sized) I stayed in for one night. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay but it's a great, inexpensive place to for a very short visit!
I was fortunate to book the last available room for Monday night. The hotel is small, clean, and quiet. The room was reasonably priced and the location was convenient. The Bali room, as well as the lounge area, was tastefully decorated. The queen-size bed was very comfy. I enjoyed the self-serve coffee bar in the morning. Overall, very comfortable accommodations
