Best Auto Repair

I have been coming to the shop for almost a year, and as a low-income veteran in the general Portland area, I can tell you that these guys offer an amazing price for their services with quality to boot. I've come in here when it comes to needing a module on my engine replaced to the basic oil change and they always offer a really great price. Customer service, especially the gentleman that works the main desk is always courteous. He's even doing it himself when it comes to my oil change. If you're looking for a shop that is local, fair priced and honest when it comes to the work, this is a shop I strongly recommend.

UPDATE: I came back for a second time and had another great experience. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I brought in my 2007 Ford Edge for HVAC issues and what should have been a fairly straightforward repair turned into a massive job after they discovered previous DIY repairs behind the dash from the previous owners. The previous owners had butchered the job and that’s an understatement. They kept me updated the entire time, were honest and patient throughout the process, and handled multiple unexpected issues professionally, including troubleshooting a wiring problem after reassembly. In the end they replaced far more than originally expected, including major HVAC components, and were incredibly fair with the final bill considering how much extra work was involved. It’s an amazing feeling for your bill to be hundreds of dollars less than you are expecting and more work than I was expecting being done. This is the second time I have paid under what I had expected. As a woman, car repairs can sometimes feel intimidating because a lot of us have had experiences feeling dismissed, taken advantage of, or being treated like we are clueless. I never felt that way here. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and treated me with kindness and respect. I’m also currently going through cancer treatment, so having genuinely honest and decent people helping me through a stressful situation meant more than they probably realize. My AC and heat now work perfectly and the car drives great. Good honest mechanics are hard to find and I’m really grateful I found these guys. I will be a lifetime customer! ORIGINAL: I had a really great experience here. I brought my car in for a cylinder 3 misfire and they were able to diagnose and fix it super quick. They replaced the ignition coil, spark plugs, and fuel injector, and also did a full synthetic oil change. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. The total came out to less than I expected, which felt very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. My car is now running smoothly and the check engine light is off. I really appreciated how straightforward and efficient they were, and I felt like I could trust them. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.
