What can I say!! I paid $40 for my FMLA paperwork to be filled out by my Cynthia! She told me to be on the lookout for my job because they might send it back and ask for updated info. I said okay I’ll let her know so we can update it and fix it. I called a couple days later stating that she was right and if she could update the section and fax it back over to my job. The lady at the front desk (which is so sarcastic, rude, and not happy) says Cynthia said she’s not going to fill out the paperwork again because she doesn’t know and it’s just an estimation. I explained to her what days I wanted her to put since I KNOW MY CONDITION AND ADJUSTED IT TO HOW MANY TIMES A MONTH I CAN BE OUT FOR! I didn’t pay $40 for nothing just because she doesn’t want to fix it or she doesn’t know. Obviously that’s why we did it together to figure out what days work best for ME! I had another nurse and I loved her from the first time we met. Now I have Cynthia as my nurse and she’s a little off. I don’t think she knows what she’s doing and she acts a little incompetent. It’s sad I had to get the manager involved and I hope she’s willing to fix this because that’s unacceptable behavior and no way to treat a patient! If your so called a nurse your job is to help & fix the problem! So if your thinking about coming here, find somewhere else. They have new people every week it seems like! Very unorganized, old & the energy there is weird and dark! UPDATE: I spoke to my job and had them explain to me what the issue was and it was all miscommunication. I called the center to explain to them why it wasn’t approved and that it needed to be BRIEFLY EXPLAINED in the paperwork! Ms. Cynthia states that she’s NOT going to explain and that my symptoms hasn’t increased! I explained to her my symptoms have gotten worse because of stress, sleep etc! Don’t tell me my symptoms hasn’t been increased when we’ve spoke multiply times about it! Just unprofessional and sickening! Please recommend another nurse or facility because I can’t make this up!

As a man, I’ve been avoiding doctors for years specifically because I’ve felt I’ve been ignored, or unheard. I’ve spent money at a doctor’s office just to reinforce why I don’t go back. Dr. Evivie changed that for me. I went in and told him everything I was going through, and never once did I feel judged. He paid attention to everything I said and genuinely wanted to help me with what I was experiencing. And if it’s not something he did, he knew someone that he refers me to. Thank you, Dr. Evivie. You most likely saved my life just by caring.
The staffs at PrimeCare Medical Center made my mother & I feel at home & comfortable. Dr Evivie was very great & compassionate with the issues when it comes to your life & health. Keep up the good work.
I’m here at my appointment and I can hear doctor cynthia cussing up a storm and getting loud with the other employee Courtney who took my vitals, very nice lady. This is the second time I’ve come here and the same doctor CYNTHIA EJOH is very rude and disrespectful. The first time I came she was doing my yearly annual and she brought me a big board with signs of them to see if I recognize them , mind you I’m only 35 that’s for patients 50 and older. She does not know what she is doing. This will be my last visit here thanks to Cynthia ejoh. Not to mention I been here since 1:52 appointment was at 2pm and I’m still in the back room waiting to be seen , it’s 2:52 currently. Have a bless day everyone ,
