I am in love with my house! Before Dayton Roof and Remodeling, my house was probably the ugliest house on my side of the street, but now, wow, it is amazing! I was nervous to take on a project and expense this big, roof, gutters, siding and doors, but Chuck made it a painless process, answering my questions and making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at a price inside of my budget. If they do interior work, I will call them first. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Dayton Roof and Remodeling.
You know you picked the right guy when the people at the material store give you his name, flowed up with make sure you ask for Chip (the dog). I had my siding, gutters, and roof replaced. I have a two-story house with a garage done in 3 days. It took my wife longer to decide on what color she wanted than it to Chuck and his crew to finish my home. I always recommend doing your own research but take the time to give him a call 100% honest business man. In a world where people are far too happy with over charging. When I buy a new house and have to do this all over again, I’ll be back from round 2.

When a wind storm blew a ton of shingles off my MIL’shouse, I knew who to call. Dayton Roof did our new roof a few years ago. They are trustworthy and prompt. They came to my MIL’s house within hours of my call to perform emergency tarping before the rain came. They helped with the repair and eventually got the roof replaced by insurance. They are professional, dependable, tidy, and they do great work for less than most roofing companies. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Chuck. He was responsive, knowledgeable and gave an incredibly fair quote for repair of our roof without pushing for a replacement, explaining it wasn’t needed at this time. When it is needed, I’ll be going back to Dayton Roof & Remodeling. The repair was done promptly and well. I highly recommend reaching out to this company!
I called for a roof inspection, and ended w/2 new roofs. We had 4 companies give estimates, some with razzle dazzle brochures others talked a big game, Chuck and CJ were straight forward and easy to work with and worked with our schedule. The crew was there to get the job done and were polite and respectful. Clean up was done well. CJ returned to pick upexcess materials and did a thorough inspection. We are well pleased with the service and the price. Their straight forward approach was quite refreshing.
