I am in love with my house! Before Dayton Roof and Remodeling, my house was probably the ugliest house on my side of the street, but now, wow, it is amazing! I was nervous to take on a project and expense this big, roof, gutters, siding and doors, but Chuck made it a painless process, answering my questions and making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at a price inside of my budget. If they do interior work, I will call them first. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Dayton Roof and Remodeling.
You know you picked the right guy when the people at the material store give you his name, flowed up with make sure you ask for Chip (the dog). I had my siding, gutters, and roof replaced. I have a two-story house with a garage done in 3 days. It took my wife longer to decide on what color she wanted than it to Chuck and his crew to finish my home. I always recommend doing your own research but take the time to give him a call 100% honest business man. In a world where people are far too happy with over charging. When I buy a new house and have to do this all over again, I’ll be back from round 2.

Ok, we are so pleased to have contacted Chuck at Dayton Roof and Remodeling! It started with us putting our house up for sale and we needed a minor repair to the bottom corners of our siding as they were cracked and broken from trimming around them while cutting the grass. We had the replacement pieces and just needed someone to put them on for us. They not only did the job but they did it in a way that saved us a whole lot more added expense than other companies wanted to charge us. The job was done quick and on time and for an extremely fair price. Now after we had that work done, we needed Chuck to come to the rescue again when it came to selling the home. The home inspection showed a need for a repair that we can just call 'iffy". We were unsure how to resolve the issue with the buyer as it was just an issue with the way the house was constructed. Chuck sent out his guy to take a look at what we could do to fix the issue. He took the time to explain everything to us and found a fix that made sense without having to completely reconstruct the front of the house. He sent us a fair priced estimate that now we can send onto the buyer for negotiation and approval! I would highly recommend Dayton Roof and Remodeling for any exterior work you might need. A big thank you to Chuck and his team for being such a big help in such a stressful time! Added a few before and after photos of the siding work they completed.
I am a facilities manager for a local church. I inherited two building with some unique problems. Both building had water intrusion during rains. I called Dayton Roof and remodeling and they came out that same day. They looked at the problems I had and found solutions working with the roof and gutters. They did amazing work, fast and efficient. They cleaned up after all jobs. They were professional, friendly and know what they are doing. They also had better pricing than the other roofers I have delt with. I highly recommend this company!
