ASA I made a post, my phone blew up with so many calls. Mother Plumber wasn’t the 1st call, but they were the best; a no fuss, “we’re on our way with options” kind of folk. From the telephone ladies, (Daddy & Rachel) to being the first to show at my door; politely showing me options for my problem was Jesse; and of course we can’t forget the technician with all the helpful tips, and cleaning as he go’s Matthew. I am now a member and will never loose sleep over any of my plumbing needs. Thank God for talent! I must admit, they did not give me the option for buying my own water heater, But when I did ask for a install only price, they were happy to give that quote it and do great work. It’s also matters if you have the item (water heater in my case) delivered to your home to help with Price and also add an extended warranty So you don’t have to deal again until you’re ready. If you KOIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP your maintenance for the year is covered! That’s so awesome!
This was my first time using Mothers Modern. I purchased a new smart toilet. The company was recommended for installing these. I am happy with the installation. The plumbing work cost a little bit more than what I was expecting, but a manager did credit back some of the money, which was helpful. I would consider using them again.
This is the work I have done myself to save 10 of thousands dollars. With no excavator no equipment, 2 guys, one shovel, one sharpshooter. Your guys came out to my house and yes got on top of the house to check a clean out that he couldn't service from the City main clean out, but he was mistaken that he had fixed the problem from the clean out on top of the house so he charged me $300 and to find out after all that the problem was still there. We have done all that work running new lines and putting in a new clean-out and also removing the bow in the line, but the problem that you came out to do was still not fixed. Thanks, I was piss to give him my money to end up fixing the problem I actually called him out for. Sincerely Not a happy customer
