We were recommended to Catalyst Construction from a family friend, and they didn’t disappoint! Ryan and Catalyst completed an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch to expectation. The team was wonderful to work with from site visit and bid, through demo & construction and until final inspection. Ryan is easy to communicate with, sets expectations/timelines, and honest throughout the project. Main scope of work included a demo of fireplace/chimney roof to basement, installed two support beams: main level & basement, kitchen remodel, basement remodel w/ egress window, oak flooring, etc. We were pleased with Ryan's entire crew and ALL subcontractors. We look forward to working with Catalyst again on any future projects!
Catalyst Construction replaced several windows and installed LVP flooring in our living room, dining room and hallway for a very reasonable price. They did a stellar job. There was a mis- measurement on a couple of windows and they owned up to it and not only that, replaced and stain matched the interior molding perfectly without extra charge (was not part of their original bid). Ryan is very attentive and patient with all my questions and open to me doing some prep work and such to keep labor costs down. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the bathroom and bedroom addition Ryan and his team did for our house. They were patient as we selected materials and fixtures, and also gave great advice when we needed to make quick decisions. You can tell they have done this a hundred times by the quality of work.
We have hired Catalyst Construction and Home Remodeling for multiple projects at our property. From adding a cement staircase and French doors to our basement to trimming dry rot on our siding to adding another new 5’ French door and fixing a fence, these folks have got it together. Always very friendly and clean, the crew makes sure you are up to speed with all projects in process. We moved here last summer and didn’t know anyone in the construction trade, we are lucky that we located a solid company to get our to do list knocked out!!! Do yourself a favor and call Ryan, we are glad we did!
Ryan, Nick and their crew were a pleasure to work with. I had them remodel my basement into additional living space, including installation of an egress window to add a bedroom downstairs. They were outstanding in communicating with me on the schedule and their crew was meticulous in keeping the work site as organized and clean as possible. They worked with me on some changes to the original design and helped me keep within my budget. I highly recommend them!
