I have had Lovett on a few jobs here that were always handled responsibly and quickly. The crew stays as long as needed to ensure tenants water/sewer needs are not left for the next day. The latest job involved more than anticipated but Jaime got me numbers I could work with, and Houston and his crew, Kaleb and Seth, worked hard to fix the problem and work around any unforeseen problems.
The team from Lovett Inc. were fantastic. Although we were away on vacation, they responded very quickly to our water pipe break. Houston was the Forman on site with Craig as vac technician and Dan as plumber on the job. They took photos and sent them to me so I could understand all that they did. My courtyard looked perfect when they were done.

We had an emergency last night at our community. I called Lovett and got an actual person on the phone right away. The plumber Sarah showed up in short order with a fantastic can do attitude, ready to get to work right away. The drain proved to be a significant challenge to clear but Sarah was bound and determined to clear it for our residents. She was there for hours and would not quit or give up! She even had to leave to grab more equipment and came back working late into the night. She was very thorough and unwavering in her commitment to get the job done. Lovett hires only the best of the best! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right and right away! I Lovett!!!
Ken Williams and the team at Lovett did an absolutely outstanding job on a recent sewer line repair project for us that involved excavation work in the middle of an active restaurant. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, transparency, and overall care for the space exceeded expectations. Projects like this can easily become extremely disruptive, especially in an occupied restaurant environment, but Ken and his team handled the work with an incredible level of organization and attention to detail. Their containment measures, floor protection, cleanliness, and coordination with other vendors were exceptional. They consistently communicated updates, timelines, and challenges openly and honestly, which made a very stressful repair process much easier to manage. What stood out most was Ken’s candor and professionalism throughout the project. He approached every issue proactively, worked collaboratively toward solutions, and clearly cared not only about the quality of the repair itself, but also about minimizing impacts to the tenant’s business operations.
