Overall very relaxing facility. Pool and Jacuzzi are well maintained and its nice to have a warm pool in the wintertime. Room was well appointed and clean as well. The huge drawback for myself and my friend was our cell phones could not receive calls coming in or going out. Text messaging did work but was not optimal for individuals who need cell phone for business/personnel calls. When discussed with the front desk they indicated it as a "known issue" for Verizon. Sadly, I would not book again for this reason :-)
We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Desert Oasis, especially during such a busy time with Waste Management Open week. Cheyenne truly made our experience exceptional - she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Even with how hectic everything was, she went above and beyond with a great attitude and positive energy. Customer service like hers makes all the difference, and she was a huge part of why our stay was so enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be back!

I loved this resort. We had a small room but it was plenty comfortable. Pools, hot tub, rec area... all nicely maintained. Right off the freeway. Easy access to just about everything in the Phoenix area. Consider an upper apartment so you don't hear the other people walk around.
Fun resort in North Scottsdale 😀. The large family swimming pool has a wonderful waterfall and large spa that feels like a cave. There's plenty of seating & pool towels. A casual walk up Cafe by the pool exists but no other restaurant so we prepared meals in our room or went to restaurants. The quiet pool is serene but there's no restroom next to it. We had a nice visit & enjoyed the amenities!
While the hotel itself is perfectly fine, the rooms are clean, the pool is great, the service that we experienced is the cause for a poor rating. We arrived and gave our credit card which they told us didn’t go through. We then provided another card for them to put the hold on, but made clear that we needed to use a specific card upon check-out. We only stayed 3 nights and the team hounded us daily via text asking for confirmed payment. We promptly went to the front desk each day to try again and suggested using apple pay, of which they don’t have. On the 2nd day, I was locked out of my room with ZERO communication to inform me of this. Upon going to the front desk to (yet again) speak about this, I was met with sarcasm and a frank rudeness from the front desk staff. I stay at many luxury hotels both for work and personal and have never had this poor of a customer service experience. Upon demanding to speak to a manager, I was able to quickly solve the problem. While he was kind, the other customer service member left an extremely bad taste of this hotel.
