Very unprofessional experience. I arrived before my appointment time and still had to wait over one hour to see the doctor. No explanation, no apology, no communication. This clinic does not respect patients’ time. I do NOT recommend this place.

here for medical examination, got 3 vaccine, blood work and 700$ comes to a total for everything. i would recommend Dr. Bshara for medical examination as the process itself is really easy and fast, Dr. Bshara is also friendly. this is probably the most affordable medical examination (civil surgeon) in Cleveland area.
