We’ve now used Royalty Roofing on two different homes, and I can confidently say they are the best. They are always on time, honest, and never price-gouging. They take pictures and clearly show you what’s going on with your roof, which I really appreciate. Tyler is hands down one of the hardest workers I’ve met. I absolutely love working with him — he’s knowledgeable, straightforward, and gives sound roofing advice you can trust. On our first home, their guidance helped us make the right decisions with confidence And for our current home, this winter has been brutal, and we even had icicles fall and get stuck on the roof. They came out quickly and again took did not disappoint. It’s such a relief to have a company you can trust, especially when dealing with something as important and expensive as roof. They are my go to roofing experts. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Royalty Roofing. This is my second positive experience using their services. Devin was very professional and did an excellent job troubleshooting my roofing and gutter issues. He also explained how I could qualify for the $350 free repair program. If you need reliable roofers be sure to call Royalty Roofing.

Our soffit was blown down during a wind storm and I called these guys. Started off with the estimator (Tyler) not showing up at first- but, I texted him and it appeared to be technical error and his schedule hadn't been updated on his end. Okay, no problem. He made the extra effort and came out same day. Very friendly, apologetic, and kind. From then on, the only reason I knew what was happening was because he texted me. We did the finance option- no word on who was emailing me that, so I lost the initial email in my junk folder with no way to clearly search for it. Tyler is the one who helped me locate it to sign. The office never called me to discuss the scheduling- all of that was done through Tyler. Even he didn't get an exact time- just a day. (By the way, it was about two weeks later). They showed up - they did do a good job. I'm happy with it- but, struck me as odd that as soon as they were done they just left. I kind of expected a walk around together for quality assurance. Price was... fine, I guess. I'm sure I could have gotten cheaper if I looked around, but it was within my budget and they were highly reviewed so I didn't worry about it. Work quality appears to be good. My biggest issue was just the customer service. Tyler was great and the installers did a good job- overall information and customer service from "The Office" I kept hearing about never happened. Experience may have been different if I was a big ticket customer.
