I was staying here for a conference. The ease of parking and access to the convention center is so nice. The room was clean and super comfortable with a fantastic view of the Nationwide Arena district. It appeared to be newly remodeled and was very quiet. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the 2nd floor bar. Fantastic stay and I will be back again.
Usually travel solo for conventions at GCCC, and I love staying here! Great parking garage which includes a skybridge (also have in and out privileges when staying at the hotel) , easy check in process, elevators always available (this past weekend, there were two conventions happening, but still didn't have a problem with elevators), great food and drinks, and cozy, clean rooms. A few things to keep in mind. The walls of the room are pretty thin. I could hear loud conversations next door but thankfully didn't go on all night. Also, the toilet lacks pressure so you might have to flush a second time, if not a third. Overall, I've had a great experience staying here. It's definitely expensive but I think it's pretty worth it for the convenience. :)

This hotel was wonderful! Friendly staff that are there to help, friendly front desk with smooth check in and valet. The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our anniversary stay. The location is perfect with fantastic restaurant choices less than a mile away. We will definitely make this Hyatt regency our Columbus hotel for all future visits. Also the restaurant breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
It's a big hotel but is well maintained. Clean rooms, friendly staff throughout. Solid location, has a floor dedicated for dining w/ a bar and a small shop for coffee and sandwiches that's worth visiting.
The room was clean and spacious. The shower was a bit small but it was function. Love that the hotel has fountains to refill my water bottle. The south market is a welcome relief for meals.
