From arrival to departure, our stay was seamless! Our valet driver was quick and friendly. Our check-in was seamless and each adult was given a drink token to enjoy at the lobby bar at anytime. The staff were kind and helpful our entire stay. The room was spotless! We had two adults and four teens during our stay. We stayed in a room that accommodated six people with two queen beds and two upper bunks. There was ample room for each of us to relax and sleep. The unique decor and accessories brought our room to life. The bathroom had plenty of space with a large walk in shower. In the lobby and bar area, there were many games and plenty of seating to play, eat or just enjoy each other's company. The hotel is directly across the road from The Great American Ballpark and only blocks away from the Paycor Stadium! Would 100% stay at this hotel again!!!
Beautiful hotel. I will say my first stay was disappointing however. Check in was at 3pm and we had to sit in the lobby until 5pm when our room was ready. Around 3:30pm we asked for a drink at the bar and were told “oh yeah you get one free drink ticket anyway upon check in”. So it seems like if we didn’t ask, we wouldn’t have gotten that. Around 4:30 we asked for another drink because the room was still not ready, which we did receive without issues. The staff were all super friendly. However, 2 hour wait for check in and there were no type of accommodations/discount on stay actually offered to us without asking (so technically we only got one free small drink). Once we got into the room, there were issues with the TV reception. The lighting was also extremely dim, with no option to turn on additional lighting because it wasn’t there. The sink also leaked a lot through the pipes every time we washed our hands. We didn’t make the staff aware, because after waiting 2 hours we wanted to relax and not have to worry about someone in the room trying to fix it or get us moved to another room. Lastly, the rooftop bar wasn’t open (this was out of their control due to rain) but we then found out the rooftop isn’t open on Sunday or Mondays anyway. Pretty hotel, but for what one night cost-I expected better. Can’t say we would rush back to stay here.

You can't beat this place for location. And while I realize this is still a hotel chain it is much more personal feeling and is very quirky and original feeling which is nice when you've stayed in so many hotels that have the same boring table and the headboard bolted to the wall with the worst wallpaper ever. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. I did feel like you needed a PhD to work the shower so maybe some instructions and it would help but that's my only real complaint.
Stayed here since it was close to the office I was visiting. I travel for work regularly and this place was the worst I can remember staying at. The room was cramped and not clean. The staff were completely incompetent and didn't seem to care about anything. I tried the food for breakfast and didn't make it past a couple bites. I didn't get any sleep because of all the noice from the bar downstairs and the rooms around me which sounded like they were apart of my room. The bar plays loud music beyond quiet hours. They said they couldn't move me to a quieter room as if they were fully occupied. They haven't been fully occupied since it opened. It took five calls, a half hour on the phone and two emails to support and I still don't have a itemized bill for my full stay. It's remarkable how a simple request can be botched by numerous people. Still waiting on a call from the manager... Glad it was my company picking up the tab.
Shoutout to Lawrence at the bar. He provides incredible energy, welcoming everyone from day one, and honestly one of the best bartenders I've come across. It's clear management has built a great team here, and it shows in every interaction I've witnessed since their grand opening. The Happy Hour taco deal is a must, and the whole Moxy concept just works. I love to stop by to relax with a drink or getting some remote work done, this place nails the vibe. Highly recommend!
