Troy was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced — his 46 years in the industry really show. He quickly figured out what was going on, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was handled properly. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and helpful he was throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Five stars for Jason Alexander. He diagnosed and corrected a difficult leak right at the edge of my foundation with skill, confidence, and professionalism. Jason explained every step clearly, worked efficiently, and restored my water the same day. Outstanding workmanship and customer service. Highly recommended. He cleaned my bathroom shower and gave me a PSI reading of 70.
Jason arrived as scheduled. He was courteous, professional and soft spoken. The installation looks great and he kept things clean. He had to do some extra stuff to bringvthe old house up to code.
Nate was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and had a professional work ethic. I had a series of questions and he answered each one of them patiently and took his time to explain the reason for the issues we were experiencing In the master bathroom shower. While Nate was at our home, he noticed that the strainer basket needed to be replaced in the laundry room sink. Because we were pressed for time, and I need to go out of the country on a family emergency, we will address this issue when we return. Everything was clearly explained to us when he was here. He brought his tools and got into the drain and cleaned it out for us. He then brought his scope/camera so I could visualize it all on the tablet. We have been with A#1 Air for more than 10 years and they are the absolute best and I am grateful that you are in their books should we need you in the future.
