From the first interaction, Matthew was exceptionally kind, professional, and transparent, qualities that are surprisingly rare in this industry. What sets Make It Wright apart is how involved Matthew is as the owner. He is frequently on-site supervising or performing the work, laying out the plan with his crew, and ensuring everything is done with care and precision. His team reflects his values: conscientious, diligent, respectful of your home, and incredibly skilled. They are careful with every step of an install and take real pride in doing things the right way rather than finishing the job as fast as possible. One of the biggest advantages of working with them is their ability to cut new ducting on-site, which saved me significant time, cost, and the hassle of coordinating additional subcontractors. When I replaced my old furnace with a new mini-split system, Matthew rerouted my cold air return from the floor into the ceiling and integrated everything seamlessly with my existing ductwork. The system works beautifully, far more efficiently, and having AC has been a game-changer in the summer. What impressed me most was Matthew’s honesty and advocacy. Matt and his crew are simply outstanding, the best HVAC team I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and I've worked with quite a few. They took on a genuinely complex duct system design and installation, solving real challenges including high pressure issues and excessive noise that had plagued my furnace. The end result works beautifully, and the difference is night and day. What sets Matt apart isn't just his technical expertise. It's his professionalism and patience. I'll be the first to admit I can be a demanding customer, and I changed the design on him multiple times throughout the project. Not once did Matt make me feel like an inconvenience. In Nov2024 our 24 year old Polaris combo water heater died along with the 30 year old forced air furnace. We upgraded the Polaris and changed the furnace to a VenTum Thermal 2000 air handler. Matthews team custom fit the new air-handler into the existing plenum and duct work. All done in a day and excellent workmanship. Another HVAC contractor that was in the utility room was very impressed with the seams and construction quality.
So grateful to have found (Make It Wright HVAC) to replace our gas furnace. Matt Wright is a smart, thoughtful human and his crew, Rod and Noel are STARS! We have a less-than-ideal setup with the furnace located in our crawlspace, under the house and they managed it all, with great attention to detail and no complaints.
