We are always happy with Keith Heating and Cooling. We originally started using them when we bought a furnace through them years back. We were very happy with the service we received and our furnace from Keith. We have since called them on 2 different occasions to service our air-conditioning unit. Our most recent call to them was on one of the hottest days this summer and we were under an air quality warning as well. Jacob came out in less than 24 hours and was very helpful and had our air-conditioning unit up and running within an hour. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in explaining the issue. We always are treated fairly by Keith. I highly recommend their company.

Fast service! Tech was great and knowledgeable. I always use Keith heating and cooling and put a new furnace in for me three years ago and everything is great. I highly suggest using the service. They are air price and reliable.
Steve was thorough in his assessment of the situation, and provided cost options. He also identified savings opportunities that were helpful in our decision. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service skills were clearly evident. Steve represents his company well. Chad, Kent, & Matt did an excellent job with installation and offered the same knowledge and customer service as Steve.
Jacob did an excellent job. After 50 years of boiler experience, I feel like he has brought my boiler into the 21st century. He is an honest and personable young man who knows his business well.
