Excellent service all around. I spoke with Doug to schedule a check up and he was very accommodating to my schedule. Colbie was the one who came out. He was very technically sound and did a comprehensive check up of my HVAC. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing while he was performing the check up. Both gentlemen were very friendly and made the entire process pleasant. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Always a pleasure working with everyone at Keith. They answer my questions, explain the services they are providing and have always been very helpful. Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year…they came and installed a new one the same day! Few years later it was acting up…again on the coldest day of that year! They were here within the hour! Colbie our tech was very friendly, and knowledgeable, he had us up and running in no time! I highly recommend them!
My furnace died on potentially the coldest week of the season. They worked with my narrow work schedual and helped me get heat again in a minimal amount of time. Two technicians helped me. And they were both knowledgeable, reassuring, and sympathetic. Also they both were friendly and good natured. A+ would recommend.
