Our a/c stopped coming out cool, went online and booked an appointment. Michael from Lakewood came out today, provided his thoughts based on what we were describing. He inspected the unit and was correct with his diagnosis, and thoroughly explained what he recommended we have done and what he suspected he would find. Once again, he was right on target! He did have to have a second person come out and assist due to the weight and awkwardness of removing one component of the unit, his helper was just as courteous and professional as Michael. We originally purchased this unit from Lakewood years ago, and have had them come out for routine service on multiple occasions-- every time is a good experience. When completed and tested, he even gave us some helpful suggestions to maximize the effectiveness of the unit. Polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable is the best way to describe Michael. I'm the president of our condo association and in the past had our manager stop using the HVAC company they were using and give Lakewood a try instead, once again we were very pleased (and saved money also!). Keep up the excellence and value!

Needed a new boiler. It’s an expensive undertaking so I got three different quotes. And then analyzed them in depth for a couple weeks, ultimately learning how to do the BTU calculation for the existing radiators myself, which exposed Lakewood Furnace as the only one of the three that wasn’t trying to sell me superfluous capacity. Joe wasn’t pushy and always responded promptly and answered all my questions. The rest of the crew from the first guy who visited to the installers who finished quickly were professional and easy to be around. Although theirs was the most reasonable quote, I chose it because it was the right gear. They just finished today and it’s a beautiful job.
