The ACE hotel provided a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time with my dog. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s also very safe. I highly recommend this hotel.
The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day. The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... I travel a lot for work, and this was by far the best pillows and mattress I've had in years. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location, care, price, and also a lovely Continental breakfast that welcomes GF options; you have my heart.

So, my husband and I took an Alaskan cruise and found this little place to stay the day before and the day after. We chose the Ace hotel for our stay and were so happy we did. We arrived on our flight early and they were happy to hold our luggage and give us great advice on the city. After our cruise we arrived early again and they could not have been any more accommodating. Such sweet ladies at the front desk. We did not have any issues but there is a set of stairs you have to take to get to the front desk.
Quirky old hotel in Belltown. Midlife female traveling solo for the weekend - I felt safe the whole time. Bed and pillows were comfy. I had a room with an ensuite so I can't speak to the shared bathrooms. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything I needed to be with lots of food options around. The standout for this place is their welcoming and personable staff. A++ 10/10 highly recommend* if you prefer places that break the mold. (*Not recommended if you don't like or can't do stairs)
The staff here are welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely friendly. The room is beautiful, and cleanliness is clearly a priority throughout the property. The location is also perfect.. everything is nearby and easy to reach. I truly loved this place and would happily stay here again. 😊🏨✨
