I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm (Attorney Patino Rigo). My case was straightforward and not particularly complicated, yet they ultimately dropped it instead of helping me resolve it. I asked if they could negotiate with the other driver’s insurance adjuster, but they told me they were unable to do so. I was expecting much more effort and communication throughout the process. I felt like my case wasn’t given the attention it deserved, and I was left to handle everything on my own after they withdrew. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. If you’re looking for an attorney who will actively advocate for your case and keep you informed, you may want to consider other options.
