Clean hotel, nice decor, downtown location with valet parking (the other option is to park and walk a little distance) friendly check-in. My complaints are the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in a shared refillable bottles (picture) and I don’t feel like they are sanitary. I need to start brining my own products. Another complaint is each bed gets 2 pillows instead of 4. We had 2 queen room. Which is fine accept the pillows go flat, so you have to stack the pillows when you sleep and they still go flat. Also the light under the beds are automatic (picture), which is helpful for getting up in the middle of the night for the bathroom and they turn off after a few minutes. BUT there is no way to completely turn them off and I had my baby in a Pack N Play and every time he moved they turned on and would wake him up. We called the front desk and they said this is a common complaint and they can put electrical tape over them (by this time it was 11pm and was just trying to get my baby to sleep) or they recommend putting towels (we got 3 towels total so limited on the morning shower) over the lights. Which we ended up doing. We mentioned again when we checked out he said this is a common complaint with Hyatt too. Not really any incentive to this complaint though. Overall I would return because the hotel is clean, convenient location. I would just bring my own toiletries and cover the lights with towels.
What a wonderful hotel for rest and comfort! The rooms are perfect for our germafolds - no carpet or dusty comforters. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The star of the show is the restaurant ! The staff, Isaiah is friendly knows the menu and steered us to the Caesar Salad with blackened chicken - superb! We will be back and I highly recommend this hotel for the discerning traveler

The hotel was fancy and nice, my girlfriend and I loved our room, but we were severely disappointed with the service. Upon arrival no one was at the valet station and had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to take our car. We came with a lot of luggage and it was raining so parking in a garage or lot detached from the hotel was not an option. Valet worked with an app as well, which was nice because I could, supposedly, call my car to be retrieved before coming down, to help save time. However, the service relies on the valet men marking my car as "parked", but it was constantly marked as "out" so I could never use that feature, Lastly, upon checkout, again because of how much luggage we had, I tried to call front desk via the phone to get a luggage cart. This would've been great because I injured my shoulder during the trip, but the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and no one picked up. Called again, and again, and again. Finally, I went downstairs and there were two people behind the desk in the lobby, so.. Hopefully the reason is that the phone was out of service and not that the staff was having a case of the Monday's. So, the room was nice. Not impressed with service and amenities. Likely won't stay here again.
I am writing to formally file a complaint on behalf of my best friend stay at your hotel on February 7, 2026, which was booked for her wedding night. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet reasonable expectations, especially given the nightly rate of $225. First, we were extremely disappointed to learn that there was no microwave in the room. This is a basic amenity commonly provided by many lower-rated hotels, including 2-star properties. For a room at this price point, the lack of such a standard convenience was unacceptable. Due to these ongoing issues and the overall dissatisfaction with her accommodations, the newly married couple made the decision to end their stay early and check out after one night instead of the originally planned two nights. Given the inconvenience, missing personal property, and lack of expected amenities, I am requesting a refund for the room as a resolution to this matter. In today’s economy, guests should not have to waste money on substandard experiences—especially during such an important life event. I am requesting that your corporate office review this matter and contact me directly to resolve it promptly. I look forward to your response. If this issue is not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner, I am prepared to escalate the complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your time and attention. I hope you will make this right
The hotel was amazing was there as little getaway for my partner bday. Majority of your needs is in walking distance restaurants mall pharmacy grocery stores etc. Friendly staff . Loveeeeee the blackout curtains we couldn’t tell if it was day or night. We had the king suite . He loved the big tv and how it swiveled towards the bed and towards the couch. I loved the soaking tub. Everything was beautiful . Will be back again .
