I had a fabulous experience working with Vertex and specifically Brad Jones. After receiving a free inspection, Brad notified me that I had several holes in my roof, as well as additional damage and thankfully tarped our roof out of kindness, knowing that another bad storm was coming the next day. Brad made sure to be on-site when our adjuster came and did a fantastic job of advocating for us, and his advanced knowledge enabled us to get our roof replaced when just a year prior our insurance company denied our claim. He took a complex process and made it as seamless as possible. I was pleased with the workmanship and speed with which our new roof went up. Some debris did manage to get into the pool, but Brad sent out a company twice to vaccuum the pool and ensure it was free from any debris caused from the roof replacement. When we moved inside to fix the interior damage caused by the roof leak (which we thought was minor) ended up being another very large claim for our insurance company. The amount of water damage was shocking and scary in that we initially did not know how much insurance would cover. Thankfully, Brad's knowledge and advocating on our behalf resulted in our insurance covering most of the repairs for the bathroom. I am exceedingly grateful to all of the effort in time he put into assisting us through a much more complex situation than we initially thought. I look forward to working with Vertex and Brad again in the future.
We were very happy with the job Vertex did replacing our roof and re-staining the pergola. We were particularly impressed with Nick, the project leader. Nick was excellent with follow through, communication and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Vertex Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or work on their deck or pergola. Lee G

Shane from Vertex roofing is amazing! We had major roof and hail damage, major difficulties with getting our insurance on board, and Shane was thorough, responsive, and helped us through the entire process. The roof looks absolutely amazing, the gutters and new color scheme are fantastic, and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend Vertex Roofing!
