Where do I begin? This hotel is amazing. I love staying here whenever we are in the Cincinnati area. The beds are super comfortable, the place is immaculately clean and very modern. The hotel is tastefully decorated in modern design and even has an art gallery on premises. The customer service is also top notch. Every person I interacted with made sure that we had a great experience. Even the gentleman cleaning by the elevator overheard me talking to the front desk about the floor we were on. He had the elevator button pushed with the correct floor selected. It was such a small detail, but it really spoke volumes about the guest experience they strive to provide. I highly recommend staying here.
I recently helped plan an event for Wedding Industry professionals and Summit hotel jumped in and helped us with a needed hotel block. We had several guest from out of state and it was refreshing to know that they would be well taken care of. Our speaker also had the chance to stay for 2 nights and having places to eat and downtown Madisonville so close was great for them to have things to do for several days. Would highly recommend for hotel blocks and for hosting your own events with there many spaces for corporate, social and weddings.

Ashlynn, the concierge, was exceptionally helpful, kind, and welcoming; she made our stay extra pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was super convenient, and the hotel is filled with vibrant art. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Cincinatti!
Had a great business conference at this nicely appointed hotel. Room was very clean and quiet. Keurig coffee maker; fridge. Good work desk. Nice TV. Great mattresses and pillows.
Very nice hotel owned and managed by Marriott group. Food is ok. Rooms are nice and clean. Stayed for one week for a seminar
