I enjoyed going to Dr Furtado he is very personable he listens to me and he gives great responses. Healthcare is very important when you get a certain age and to have a doctor to not only care for your health but makes you feel comfortable enough to share your health concerns without feeling like you're a number or just there to make him money.
For years I was seeing Dr. Bounds. Dr. Bounds retired and recommended Dr. Furtado and he stepped in and he knew my medical history like I was coming here for years. The lady at the desk was nice and friendly. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered any questions I asked her.
Seems sweet, young, I deal with Dr's at St Thomas that are older, more seasoned, that are top of there specialty .. I think at times he just laughs at me about my issues, I think with experience and time he may understand patients with personality.. and will be more seasoned.. Maybe this is what we need to expect with the new generation..
