Our old house in Hudson, OH was in dire need of sewer line cleaning, snaking, etc. Turns out the house had two sewer lines. Crew Chief Jesse was able to diagnose the problem and the solution was to install a new drain inside the home in the basement. I would like to commend JESSE JOSH, BRAD and GARY. These men are professionals. They new exactly what had to be done and got right after it. EXTERME degree of difficulty type job. They plowed right through it, step by step. Exceptionally hard working, knowledgeable, and courteous young men. AND, they installed a new water heater, all in one day. Not much impresses me these days. These dudes were IMPRESSIVE. I will be using Roto-Rooter again...FOR SURE!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Sincerely David Butler
Akron Roto-Rooter is the BEST! Justin provided the best customer service- very knowledgeable answering all of our questions and explaining the issue and the fix- no funny business at all! Very thankful to have the disposable fixed so our family weekend can continue and dishes can be cleaned without food scraps clogging the sink. Justin should be your go-to for all your plumbing needs!

Kevin was just out. He is AMAZING!! He is always prompt when arriving for the appointment time. He is so friendly and personable and very efficient. Today he took the time to explain things to me regarding our sump pump and the issue we were having. He was very patient with my questions and made sure he stayed until I understood the procedures I need to take if the alarm goes off again to reset and test it. We are very thankful for him.
I had Zachary come to unclog my shower drain and 2 sink drains. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is an extremely nice person as well and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Can’t recommend him enough! I love that rotor rooter has a 6 month warranty also on the drains.
Insanely expensive. Charged me $835 to diagnose a backed up downspout line. When quoted this price I was told they would jet the line for 2 hours and then inspect with a camera. They spent less than 15 minutes before saying the pipe was compromised, yet still charged me the full amount. They quoted me the repair for the work but it was obscene. The plumber on site was friendly and knowledgeable, but whoever sets their pricing needs a reality check. I will no longer be using this company for any future services. UPDATE: The owner called me and apologized for not discounting the quoted rate since the work wasn't performed to what was communicated. With the partial refund the service was reasonable to what I paid. We discussed the expensive repair work and he explained why it was so high, which helped. I told him I understood but would have to shop around at those prices, as it still seemed quite expensive. Overall the attention to customers is what mattered, thus the upgrade from 1 to 3 star.
