Stayed the weekend here with my partner. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location. Only complaint is the linen. We had clean linen the first night. Saturday and Sunday had zero room service. Was promised points. Will update status if I receive them.
I do not recommend staying here. The floors of the hotel were not clean and many of the garbage cans throughout the property were full. The front desk person was polite but they were not able to accommodate a request for an extra blanket or a non-slip bath mat for inside of the very slippery shower. The towels were also very threadbare and rough. There is no reason that they shouldn't have extra linens available to guests at all times. The floors of the hotel were very thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors at all times. The elevator and air conditioner were working in our room but I can't say that I would recommend this hotel at all.

I had a conversation with guests staying here who mentioned there's a need for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for hotel guests. This will be an important amenity to have during World Cup 2026 and to increase bookings for the growing number of EV drivers. It's so convenient for guests to charge overnight (versus stopping at a "fast" charger and sitting there for 40-minutes). There were other EVs parked here too, so clearly there is already demand. Easy way for Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites to secure bookings away from the competition because every EV driver prefers hotels with charging stations. I recommend contacting local Houston experts, Pangea Charging, when you are ready to implement this. It is sure to secure more room-night bookings, increase NOI, and asset value.
I have never written a one star review for a hotel before. Everything that you can screw up about a hotel is screwed up here. Moldy room, holes in the sheets and curtains, everything broken in the breakfast area with no plates or forks, and fire alarm going off every night. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in ten years. Do not stay at this miserable trash heap. No matter how cheap it is, just don't stay here.
Location is near restaurants and other tourist things on Bellaire in Houston. Rooms were reserved quickly over phone call and paid in person. Beds were antiquate, but the bathroom was more dirty. Toilet had excrement stains and there was some sort of dirt (?) on the floor of the restroom. No pre shampoo or body wash provided. No bed bugs found in room. TV, microwave, and fridge given in room. Sufficient amount of outlets for chargers. Additional breakfast with reasonable times with the variety of waffles+condiments, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juice/coffee, and cereal. Other than the bathroom, pretty average.
