Overall is a very average experience, but one thing stands out as terrible. I was staying for a few nights and the first night when I got into town after having no sleep the night before, I was jolted awake by a fire alarm going off throughout the whole building. I evacuated outside, noticing there was no staff helping, the security guard outside didn't even seem to know what was happening until emergency vehicles showed up, the fire dept did their thing for about an hour, ultimately determining there was no emergency and we all could go back inside. The alarm continued to sound for the next hour, so about 2 hours without rest. The manager on duty didn't want to deal with anyone, so he said if there are any complaints to wait til the morning management came in, but then in the morning when we asked for compensation for the one night, we were told we would have been had we decided to go elsewhere. That doesn't check out because the manager the night before didn't want to help anyone. So we all just got the runaround, no apology, no compensation for the night, and no accountability. It's crazy how there was a guy in a wheelchair they only barely got out of the building 20 mins after everyone evacuated, so had there been a real emergency, things would have turned out a lot worse for him. The other nights were completely normal thankfully, but that first night was definitely a bad first impression. Likely won't be back. Oh, and another manager reached out by text asking how the stay was going. I said 1 star. He asked if he could call me to discuss. I said sure and gave a time to talk......he never called. I want to be clear: the rest of the staff were all perfectly professional and friendly, but my experience with management?...not so much

This hotel is the dumps. I am not sure how this is rated a 3 star, when on the other side of the freeway the SpringHill Suites is way better but rated 2 stars. So many issues with my 3 days stay on the 5th floor. The water pressure is HORRIBLE low! They did not clean the room the "other day" like they say they will. My door lock ran out of battery, I had do to to front desk twice to have it worked on and them to figure out the issue. The bath tub faucet has to be literally turned several times to make the water flow. Breakfast is stale and minimal at best, again the Springhill Suites has better breakfast and other amenities. Only good thing about this was the tesla level 2 chargers in the parking lot. Really disappointed. Cancelling my 2 room family stay here in a few weeks.
Unfortunately, our stay at the Hampton Inn Dallas was disappointing. We were supposed to check in at 5:00 PM, but we weren’t notified that our room is ready until nearly 10:00 PM. Unacceptable after a long day of travel. The staff was kind, patient, and professional, and the complimentary breakfast was good but the condition of the room was poor. The towels were heavily worn out, the table was chipped and scratched, the carpet was stained, and there was rust on the shower floor. The room felt outdated and in need of maintenance. The TV didn’t support streaming, the blinds didn’t fully close so light came in early, the hair dryer was weak and underpowered, and the AC struggled to keep the room cool even when set to 71 degrees. This was the worst-condition Hilton property we’ve stayed at, which was surprising given our generally positive experiences with the brand.
Family friendly!! We are a family of 5 including a big spoiled dog. We had 2 rooms and had somewhat complicated requests and changes. Brandon Bright handled us with care. He was so personable and quickly key built relationship with us. He did such a great job at addressing concerns with a smile. His competency really put me at ease. Traveling with a big family can be nerve wrecking sometimes. With his leadership everyone can experience the same no matter who's at the front desk. We'll definitely be back for our next trip to Dallas.
