I have four cars that I take to the Grismer on Patterson in Dayton for over 30 years. The center is great. Chris, who I assume is the manager, always treats me like a loyal customer. While I was there yesterday a lady came in for an oil change just before closing time and they took care of her instead of telling her to come back Monday. The team at that store is great!!!
Great service! I came out to my car after work and found that I had a flat tire. I’d never been here before but it’s just a couple blocks from my job so I called. This was at almost 4pm. They had a tire that was suitable for my car and were able to get it replaced before closing that same evening. Amazing service! I will not hesitate to use them for more services in the future
