⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I arrived at the Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe around 11:00 PM and immediately felt safe and welcomed. Security personally walked me to my room, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated after a long travel day. The hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The airport shuttle service was seamless, and they even had fresh coffee ready by 4:45 AM for early travelers. A special shoutout to Erin, the shuttle driver, who truly made my day and everyone else’s. Friendly, professional, and full of positive energy, Aaron set the tone for a great start to the morning. From the excellent staff to the cleanliness, safety, and convenience, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The most cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Loved the greeting I received on my television upon entry. Pillows and mattress were very comfortable. Towels and washcloths were great quality. Free Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are hooked up to the walls in the bathroom. I also received 2 complimentary waters after checking in. For the price I paid my overall experience exceeded my expectations. This hotel will be my 1st option next time I visit Charlotte, North Carolina.

Kathy and Nigel displayed excellent customer service! Nigel was working hard to provide breakfast and he had no help!!! The hotel was clean and my room was clean!!! I would stay here again. You do have to pay $10.00 for parking. ***Breakfast was great**
We wanted a hotel close to the airport for our last stay in North Carolina. It fits the bill. The room was excellent, the service was great and friendly. Very helpful. There are a number of restaurants within a few minutes of the hotel. There was a gas station not too far away for the last fill up of our rental car. The Hampton Inn is attached to another Hilton property, The Tru. So a number of things like breakfast is shared. They have a pool table and a bar that is open limited hours. Nice if you just want to stay and relax. Overall very nice place to stay.
I stayed one night for a business trip. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, although fairly basic. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Parking payment process was confusing and inconvenient. After a long flight, the last thing I wanted to do was struggle with parking payment. Also, there aren’t any restaurants nearby, so it was a bit inconvenient to find food. It would also be nice if the hotel could provide disposable slippers for guests.
