This is the place to be if your ever staying in person! My wife and I can’t stop talking about this place! If you’re booking; get the one bedroom spot with the market street view!! Absolutely breathtaking! The rooftop terrace is perfect; they have a basketball court and fire pit up there! You have multiple breathtaking views of the city of Pittsburgh!! Staff was accommodating and quick to help with anything! Kysha Tucker is outstanding! She was attentive to every need we had during our stay! Incredibly sweet, patient and eager to help! That type of customer service and support is not common these days! She made our stay so awesome! Ask for her if you need anything at the front desk..
We had a fantastic stay at the Etage! The location is absolutely perfect if you're in town to catch a game at PNC Park, and there are tons of great lunch and dinner spots within easy walking distance. The room itself was incredible... huge, very modern, and exceptionally clean. Having a full-sized kitchen, a massive bathroom, a remarkably comfortable bed, and an in-room washer and dryer made it feel more like a luxury apartment than a standard hotel room. The building amenities are also top-notch; the common room is massive, and the rooftop basketball court is a really unique, awesome touch. The only quirky drawback was the window shades. Our room had four beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, but two of the shades were stuck open and two were stuck closed with no way for us to adjust them. When we asked the front desk, they explained that altering the light would require staff to come up and manually apply a window tint—a 45-minute process—which seemed pretty bizarre to us. Also strange that this was not mentioned during check in. That being said, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful otherwise. Definitely recommend if it fits your price range!

This is a very nice place to stay. We are here for an extended stay. As my hubby is scheduled for a liver transplant. The Va booked this for us Great view! The staff is very attentive! Angel and Steve are awesome. There was another young man at the front desk didn’t catch his name but he was also great . There was a small problem in our pent house apartment and they were right on it and moved us to another. The apartments are spacious and beautiful!! Very pleased would recommend to anyone!! Walking distance to some good restaurants.
This was in a great location! Easily walkable to anything you need. We were in a one bedroom on the 11th floor which had plenty of space to spread out. This is also the game room floor, which was really convenient with 2 teen boys. You don’t have much seating besides the metal bar stools when using the pull out couch, which made hanging out in the evening together difficult. The bedroom was nice and roomy. Bed was very comfortable. The TV didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. The pullout coach left much to be desired and we’ve experienced much more comfortable ones at other places. The bathroom was also very roomy with a huge shower and nice fixtures. The shower doors didn’t stay closed though, so we had to get creative. The roof top area was awesome! We enjoyed some beautiful nights looking at the city views while the kids played pickle ball and soccer. The biggest issue and reason for the star deduction- the parking garage was extremely difficult to drive through but we had a large truck. All in all, a great stay and would consider staying here again when in Pittsburgh.
This place is in perfect location. If you take public transit it’s right outside your door. At times it can be too busy or if you’re driving it’s narrow way & very tight. Space between cars are also small. Staffs are friendly & helpful when needed for assistant or directions. The room is bigger than I anticipated. Large bedroom, kitchen, living room & bathroom. We were on 11 floor beside what they called it The Social Room where ping pong table, fuseball table, chessboard, game board & large table if you have gathering & tv. We stayed here for 6 days. For most part it was quiet only Friday night when we heard screaming & yelling at midnight. Other than that we had a great stay. You don’t have to go too far if you’re hungry. Walk out to Market Square just 5 mins away on the other side of the building you’ll find everything for your hungry tummy. Everything you need & want is walkable. We were there in June so weather is pretty cooperatively good for walking. Lots of activity from arts to sports to foods. Never a dull moment!
