Kelsey Seybold Downtown Houston is a quick and convenient clinic. I’ve been there 3 times and have been seen immediately. Provider was very thorough and made sure that none of the rxs I needed would counteract with my regular meds.
Came in for a physical today with Dr. Sehgal, she was amazing! The office staff was so friendly even though it was early in the morning. I needed to get blood work done and became very nervous because I HATE needles but the lab staff was the best! He was quick, gentle and talked to me through the process which calmed me down.
Prior to my visit, I called to confirm the charge codes and the expected costs for the appointment and testing. The financial department confirmed that my insurance would cover the visit and verified the amount I would owe. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the front desk informed me that the charge was nearly four times the amount I had been quoted. When I asked why the amount differed from what I had previously been told, I was unable to get a clear explanation.

Wasted almost an hour on the phone trying to even make an appointment for flu and Covid vaccines because they kept hanging up on me and I had to keep starting over with the automated system and giving the same info. I specifically asked to get the appt for a particular location because it’s 1 minute away. They said they were going to check to make sure they had the vaccine, and someone else got back on the phone so I guess they transferred me, the new person made an appointment for me and I specifically confirmed if it would be the updated Covid vaccine and the person confirmed and made the appointment. I received a confirmation, turns out they made it for a different location, though I was never informed and it was a ten minute walk away. I figured I would go anyway, so I walked over in 100 degree weather, checked in, sat for around 10 minutes, and the front desk then informed me they don’t have it at all, even though they said they did. So I walked back in the heat after having wasted another 30-45 minutes for absolutely nothing. This was my first experience with this company and I will never again waste my time with them.
Great place! All the staff were kind and made me feel at ease. The Dr. listened and was very informative.
