We had a substantial complete roof replacement project that included gutters, downspouts, outdoor appliances, damaged decking, as well as the roof. Paragon not only did a first class job but his complete team was a joy to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. They also knew the ins and outs of the complexities of working with our insurance carrier. Their integrity came through from the beginning through the final payment. I have been around a long time and this was as good as experience as you could hope for.

Absolutely great work from the team at Paragon. We had initially looked at using another roofing company and they were a disorganized mess. I had met Taylor about a year ago and found his number and reached out. They took over the project and did an absolutely amazing job. I have used several companies over the years and Paragon's service was unmatched. Highly recommend!
My insurance company cut me a check for $14,000 for tornado damage in the storms of March 2022. Paragon came out with their expert opinion and quote. They cited several things insurance did not account for including (but not limited to) siding replacement, gutter replacement, and many upgrades needed to comply with State of Tennessee building codes. We sent my insurance a bid with PDF files of code documents and additional work, and my insurance company approved everything. The workers who came out were all kind and courteous, and the project manager/owner Taylor followed up as much as possible. The total project closed out at $50,000 and I was only out of pocket $500 for my deductible. Extremely satisfied, highly recommend.
