After several roofing companies inspected our roof, at the time experiencing a slow leak around the chimney-hip section, we decided to go with SR. Before this decision however, I discovered that some local roofer(s) may tell the customer they carry insurance and workers comp, when in reality they may not. SO IF YOU GET NOTHING ELSE FROM THIS REVIEW, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS FACT. I've dealt with contractors for years and am aware the homeowner can be held liable, in the event something happens. Anyway, Aaron was happy to provide evidence of both. Which was the beginning of great service by him and his crew. Solution performed our tricky repair in an expedient manner, to professional trade standards. Even gave pics after their shingle and vinyl side removal, clearly pinpointing for us right where the cause had been. Which was helpful considering the infiltration occurred at the blindside base where a person simply can't see standing from lower deck level. Done within budget, and managing the often unpredictable weather we seem to have in our Southwest region. I'd be happen to recommend, and will likely to contact them when we get a full reroof. We were in the process of selling our home and we had a couple minor roof repairs that had to get done quickly. RE Agents recommended roofer wanted $250.00 just for a quote. I called Solution Roofing and they came out no charge the same day. They found and ordered the materials which were not standard stock materials and had the repair done in less than a week. Great service, quality work, fair price and timely.

Aaron saved us!!! We were in urgent need of a roofer who also had knowledge of plumbing / HVAC. Our water heater was back drafting and he came out the very next day to check the flue and vents for any blockages. There were no blockages so Aaron then guided us thru the steps we needed to take to get to the bottom of our issue, which is now fixed thanks to the detailed recommendations we gave to our plumber. Solution Roofing really cares and takes the time to listen and make sure the customers mind is at ease and the problem is solved. Kind and extremely knowledgeable! Many thanks!
Needed a new roof and had many quotes but Rob's proposal was very good. Rob went through all they offered and details. The crew was quick and cleaned up after themselves. The new gutters with leaf guard were put on a couple of days later just before a big rain. We had many complements on the look. Will recommend Solution roofing to all my friends.
We recently replaced our entire roof because it was old and worn out & we had the start of a couple of leaks. I went with Solution Roofing because a close friend recommended them and I am very happy with the results. Great service, the work crew worked hard and cleaned up after the job was done, and we are pleased with the results. We also had some of our gutters replaced which solved the problem of water overflowing on one corner of the house and making its way into the basement, so we are very happy about that as well (problem solved). The roof looks great, and we even had a few neighbors comment on that as well. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend. On a side note: I did some research on pricing and they are about national average. I think I could have found someone a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for and after watching them work and reading up on the quality of the products used, I am very happy that we went with them. High Quality, Fair Price.
