Where has this place been all of my life? If I could have left this review from the chair I would have. Instead, I am writing this review from my car before I've even pulled out of the parking lot it's just that serious! From the moment I walked in the atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing, gorgeous, clean, very inviting. As soon as the door opened and I walk through everyone took a few moments to greet me with smiles that were genuine as if they've been having a phenomenal day! There were a couple of individuals being helped and there was a young lady available who immediately ushered me to her so that she could assist me and get me checked in. That whole process was seamless they seem like a well-oiled machine and seem like they had a great teamwork vibe amongst them. My wait wasn't long at all Tyler brought me back took my x-rays he was extremely pleasant polite. He ask if I were comfortable, allowed me to set my things down while we went to x-ray. He was a pleasant conversation there were absolutely no awkward silences. Once I got back there it was absolutely gorgeous they had the calming scenes on the flat screen and a calming environment. I could have fallen asleep except whenever I typically go to the dentist my nerves are bad LOL. I was extremely impressed because Tyler had clearly read the previous records I had sent over and was familiar with my circumstances and my apprehensions as a new patient. He made sure that I understood the doctor would also be familiar with my concerns and he would be able to assist with making me comfortable throughout this visit. Then Dr Trevor enters with this bright smile, very pleasant disposition and he talked me through and provided education on what my circumstances were and my options in terms of treatment. At no time did he meet make me feel as though I were one of his worst case scenarios (which he made sure I understood that I was not one of his worst case scenarios LOL). He gave me plenty of time to ask all the questions at no time did I feel rushed he let me know that they were there if I have any questions even after this visit. Tyler then walked me up front and told me that they looked forward to seeing me again and to let them know if I had any questions. Fun fact .. I had someone in mind who was looking for a dental care provider I got them on the phone and AJ was super helpful with answering any questions and helping me to relay what they would need to get them in for their first visit. My only regret is that I didn't get everyone else's name so that I can include them in this review everyone was absolutely amazing in my experience today! I'm one of those who have always had a pretty uncomfortable experience when going to the dentist. They made me forget about years worth of trauma in one visit. I know this is a whole dissertation but I need anybody who is looking for a primary dental care provider to come here...today...immediately...make an appointment today! Thank you to everyone at Urban Family Dental. I'm allĺlllllllmost ready for my next visit. 😅🫶🏾🙏🏾🤌🏾🙌🏾

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I have to… I searched a dentist cause I’m new in the area and I saw this one that has good reviews. I drove 25 min which for me is time cause I have a baby but the results were not what I expected. First, they took 4 months so I can see how much I was going to pay with my insurance and THE SAME DAY of my appointment they changed the price and we have to fix it w my insurance (cause it wasn’t my insurance fault, and even if it was… they have so much time to let me know). They put a crown, I feel that crown is not fitting but maybe it’s. Then I went for some fillings and after a week I started feeling sensitive on those teeth’s, so I had to go back so they can fix it which they said that they fix it but I kept feeling sensitive and the work just doesn’t feel good. I wouldn’t recommend it. The staff is nice but the work is not good.
I had such a lovely experience over at Urban Family Dental the other day. I met Dr.Raj, the owner of the company, and he was lovely. I appreciated the care and attention he delivered throughout my appt. Dee, who assisted Dr.Raj, was equally attentive and delivered high quality care. I am grateful I went back and that my experience was beyond what I could have imagined. Definitely the best experience i’ve had at any dentist office. Thank you for the understanding, care, and conversations. Highly recommend.
First time patient here and upon entering the front desk staff was VERY welcoming which I absolutely adored! Checking in was very smooth and was assisted through it all by the amazing staff. I had to receive some work and I must say I was terribly nervous at first but due to the comfort and trust felt from staff I felt taken care of and had no worries! I've found my dental home and appreciate the warm welcomes and great work! Thank you for taking me as a new patient! Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Trevor and Genny. They were both professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. From the friendly check-in with Angel to the check-out with the manager Eian. Everything was explained clearly, and the care was thorough and efficient. I truly appreciate their kindness and attention to detail—highly recommend this dental team!
