We had a water leak flood throughout the Kitchen, dining room and finished basement. Conrad Construction and their inhouse designer helped us take a someday project (always wanted to redo the kitchen and refinish the floors) and make it fairly painless through their thoughtful process of design and construction. Turned out amazing! Custom cabinets and new appliances that fit well in our galley kitchen. The refinished 1922 hardwood floors look great and the finished basement repairs are better than we had before. Also helped us maximize the insurance payout by making a second "flood damaged only bid" for the insurance company since what we wanted to do went well beyond the flood damaged areas.
Loved working with these guys! Robbie and Rick are incredibly nice and do great work. They installed a new restoration juniper deck, stair and cedar handrails on my front porch. It is beautiful, durable and installed with care and attention to detail. Thank you!

Conrad Construction is phenomenal! They did an amazing job with my bathroom project and I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know. My project stayed on schedule and the project manager kept me up-to-date on any changes. I had plenty of time to consider the proposal and I never felt rushed or upsold. The team was so respectful and beyond helpful. They were clean, considerate, and thoughtful about the practical details like a soft-closing door and where to put light switches and outlets that make sense. I think we we all so excited during the final walkthrough and I am still buzzing about their work. As a first-time homeowner, taking on my first renovation was intimating and they made it so easy. Patrick listened to what I wanted and we worked out what was possible for my budget. I can’t wait to continue to work with them and look forward to the next project.
Conrad was an excellent choice for our modest kitchen remodel job. They get high marks for communication, timeliness, courtesy/friendliness, quality of work, fair pricing, and clean-up. We particularly appreciated Rob who did the majority of the work. Based on our experience, we would use them again and recommend them to friends.
great experience with owner Patrick & master carpenter Rick in replacing six old interior doors which one was a pocket door, (which several companies don’t work with this type of door) from the initial estimate to the completion of our job, all went smoothly , professional, good communication and scheduling all went well we love our new high quality and stylish fir doors, thanks Patrick
