Bill and the crew replaced our lead line coming from the street to the house. They ran into many obstacles, mainly because of miss dig, and because my home is on a hill. They overcame them with professionalism. All were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They did a good job of cleaning up the area. GOOD JOB!
Bill and his crew were polite and knowledgeable about the work being done. They were clean, efficient, and effective. The work being completed was through the city but Bill answered questions and his team answered anything I was curious about while they were on property. At this present time. I am disappointed with this company after being assured their work would be completed in a timely manner. My front lawn is in need of replacement, work was completed 2 weeks ago. Not happy ! Will repost experience when this is taken care of.

Horrible experience and I didn't even hire them, they are doing work through the city of Detroit and apparently can't tear up portions of the street without cutting fiber optic internet lines in half, the manager on site was extremely rude to not only me but the other contractor who had to come in and clean up their mess going as far as joking with his employees while tossing the cut chunk of fiber optic towards his truck as he walked away, his boss then came up to me and tried to tell me that they cut things in half all the time including gas lines so I'd be careful if you have them digging anywhere near your property.
Craig Sorensen and his Crew did an excellent job on my home. They banned together to come up with a quality solution for a very difficult plumbing job. They tore up the whole backyard and never once disturbed me during the whole process. I would highly recommend Major Contracting Group for any projects that you have.
