Had a blowout on my rental and stopped by CLE Auto Services—Moe got me in and out in under 10 minutes! He was incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. The owner is super personable, and their prices are the best in town. Highly recommend CLE Auto Services to anyone in the area!
I was the annoying customer showing up, knocking and calling 15 minutes before they even opened. I did not do this intentionally, I simply had the time mixed up. Regardless, Moe graciously opened up and promptly checked my engine, oil, and filled my tires with air with no wait or hassel whatsoever. To top it off, he didnt charge me and wouldn't let me pay! This guy is something else! And that's not the first time he rescued my car. My battery was extremely overdue for a swap out the first time and he fixed it right away for a very affordable price. I dont think there's anything he can't do!

Moe the owner is very respectful professional reasonable honest and I'm glad to have found this auto mechanic shop they are the best I wouldn't go anywhere else
This place literally SAVED ME! Drove to Cleveland for the weekend - a 6+ hour drive - to hear a dreaded “grinding noise” coming from my wheel as I pulled into the hotel parking garage at 11pm on a Friday night. Knowing it was the weekend - and that my stay was only supposed to be til Sunday morning - I went into panic mode. A quick search led me to CLE AUTO, which by my luck was open on Saturday, and I am ever so thankful. They got me in right away and immediately went to work! The owner was so calm and pleasant and truly wanted to help me however he could! No runaround, no hassle and excellent communication. He fixed my brakes and the price I paid was beyond reasonable. He could have charged me any price considering I was out-of-town and desperately needed the repair- but he treated me like a regular and took great care of me. If I lived here, this place would be my go-to spot. I cannot thank CLE Auto enough!!!!
Very disappointing experience with CLE Auto (Moe). I’m writing this review after visiting the shop multiple times, hoping for better service each time, but unfortunately, the experience has only gotten worse. Every time I’ve gone there, the repairs were never completed properly. It seems like Moe doesn’t actually diagnose the issue—he simply tells you to order a new part and then charges $200–$300 just to install it. My most recent experience was the worst. I dropped off my car on February 25th because the check engine light was on. Moe told me to order Part A, which I did and gave to him. After two days, he said Part A didn’t work and told me to order Part B instead. I ordered that part as well and gave it to him. After 15 days, he returned the car to me—and the check engine light was still on. Clearly, he didn't diagnose the issue correctly and just replaced parts that were working fine to begin with. Despite doing nothing to fix the actual problem, he charged me $300. After that, I tried to follow up with him every day for a week. Each time, he told me to “come tomorrow.” Eventually, he stopped answering my calls altogether. Based on my experience, I would not recommend CLE Auto or Moe to anyone for vehicle repair. Poor diagnosis, excessive charges, and unprofessional behavior.
