I had an amazing experience at Pro Import! The team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. Pricing was fair, and the service was completed on time. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I definitely found one here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and quality auto service in Denver!
After tiring of paying Dealership service prices, I found Pro imports based on quality reviews. My experiences having the team service my Santa Fe have been excellent, they keep my SUV running well. Ron is a great commicator, doesn't try to upsell, and he presents any recommended repairs clearly and honestly. Excellent team, Excellent service!!
Bought a used 2004 CRV with 200k+ miles for son while at college. It needed an alignment (observed bad tire wear) but one of the rear alignment adjustment bolts was seized. I tried mostly everything to get it out but didn't want to get to the point of potentially needing a tow truck to take it to a shop. 1/2026 Decided to call Pro Import Denver to see if they could help. They were able to get the bolt and bushing replaced and wheels aligned which was greatly appreciated! We have been very happy with the work so hopefully my son can get through college without needing another set of new tires. I would definitely use them again. Could have been a little friendlier. I do most of the work on my cars so I knew what is involved but felt all my questions could have been received better but.... as long as the job gets done right, that is what I am looking for.

Very trustworthy and excellent shop. I have a 2004 Lexus pushing 150,000 miles and pro import keeps it running like a top. I’ve been using them since it was at about 60,000 miles and I’ve only needed a few thousand in routine maintenance. Their business model seems to be do a good and honest job and get repeat business, and they have earned my loyalty that way.
TLDR: own a Japanese car in Denver? Take it here for service. Excellent work, high attention to detail, excellent customer service, fast turnaround. Costs less than going to the dealer while blowing them away in the service you get. I took my Acura TL-S here and they did my timing belt, serpentine belt, tensioner, crank/cam seals, water pump, EVAP purge valve, MTF, brake fluid flush, and PS fluid flush all as requested. I had what seemed like a small oil leak, and they quickly diagnosed that the oil pump was leaking pretty badly, and got those seals replaced for me. They also helped diagnose issues with my suspension as I knew something was wrong but I wasn't sure what. All 4 strut assemblies and sway bars were in bad shape, as was one of the control arms. They got all of that replaced as well. I got a quote for a lot of this work when I took it to an Acura dealer for a pre-purchase inspection, and Pro Import was ~25% lower in cost, while having far better service and quality of work than any dealer I've taken a car too. They also sent pictures of all the issues and fixes they did, which I really appreciate. To top it all off, even with a job that large, they were done within a week. I will certainly be returning for any work that my Japanese cars need, and I would highly recommend this shop to any other JP car enthusiasts.
