Tyler arrived at my home in a jiffy after my call to the office. Kathy took all needed information & Tyler had in hand knowing exactly what he was walking into. Quote was given straight up, clear explanation of what the job consisted of, & time frame. New 50 gallon water heater (A O Smith) was installed professionally & the area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Super customer service skills. Blue Chip Plumbing will always be my go to. Thank you Tyler & Kathy for a job more than well done; it was fabulous.
I highly recommend Blue Chip Plumbing. Scheduling service was very easy. When Nate arrived he quickly assessed the problem and provided the cost before any work was done. He was friendly, professional and informative. The work was completed in a timely manner and he suggested ways to prevent the problem from happening again. I will definitely use Blue Chip Plumbing again when the need arises.

We had compiled a random list of some plumbing issues we needed addressed. The most important to everyone in our family was the kitchen hot water pressure which we had dealt with for some time! Tyler listened to what we needed, gave up-front fair pricing, explained things well and got us squared away. He also installed 2 new faucets in our primary bathroom. We appreciate your service!
Andrew was a huge help when my sewage ejector pit started having issues. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and thankfully was an easy fix. I had no knowledge on how the pit worked but he helped me learn about how they work and some tips on keeping it working to help its life span. He was super knowledgeable and put some of my fears at ease. Price was very reasonable for what he worked on and for the fix which was an issues with the float. Andrew did a great job and appreciate his attention to detail and his expertise is finding my issues. It’s been two weeks since I was charged $880 for scoping my lines. I had another company come out prior to this and there was no charge and received a quote for the repair that same day. I was referred to you by my GC as you previously did work in my bathroom. For this repair I already knew where the blockage was and wanted to use your company for the repair since we had a prior service. The real disappointment was the initial cost to come out was $400 or so. Apparently it took him more time and the charge doubled. Now I have paid $880 to confirm something I already knew and have no quote on the repair. If the cost of the initial inspection is rolled in to the repair I don’t mind paying for it. But I have no idea if that is the case and my lines are still blocked. It’s just disappointing as I feel like it was a bait and switch in the cost and they left me with no resolution. We are also doing work on our basement and because of this experience will likely use a different plumber. So additional work we would have given you will be moved. I’ll give two stars since I felt Andrew was a great tech and good person.
