This Embassy Suites continues to remind me why it is, without question, my favorite hotel in the Houston area. I refuse to stay anywhere else when traveling to Houston because the experience here is consistently exceptional. The outstanding service actually started before I even arrived. On the morning of check-in, Fatima took the time to text me and ask if there was anything she could do to make my stay more enjoyable before I arrived. That level of proactive hospitality is rare and immediately made me feel like a valued Hilton Honors member. When I arrived, Samantha made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was quick, seamless, and her warm personality immediately set the tone for another great stay. Later, I went downstairs for a snack and had the pleasure of talking with Yusef. We ended up having a great conversation about the Hilton Honors program and our shared love for the Hilton brand. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Team members like Yusef are exactly why Hilton continues to earn my loyalty. As always, breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh, delicious options. The property is consistently spotless, well maintained, and always feels safe and welcoming. My suite was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the pool temperature was absolutely perfect, and the fitness center was organized, clean, and well equipped. The biggest reason I continue coming back, though, is Mrs. Yolanda and her amazing team. They have mastered what true hospitality looks like. Every interaction is warm, genuine, and personal. They don’t treat you like just another guest. They make you feel like family. That level of care is incredibly rare today, and it keeps bringing me back time after time. If you’re looking for an Embassy Suites that consistently exceeds expectations, this is the one. Thank you to Fatima, Samantha, Yusef, Mrs. Yolanda, and the entire staff for another flawless stay. I can’t wait to return.

This hotel deserves 5 star due to the amazing service/hospitality of all the staff. Special mention to Fatima and Yusuf at the front desk, and (I did not get the name) buy the chef. They all were so welcoming, always greeted with a smile, and went above and beyond to help and address any needs. Even the breakfast staff was wonderful, and for free breakfast, they had a very good variety of options including a custom omelette station. The rooms are spacious and clean. We attended an event at the hotel, and the event space was also very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My only complaints: 1)the AC in the room does not work well, and this was an issue for multiple rooms my family had booked during this stay 2) normally diamond guests get upgraded, but I was told at checkin that this hotel does not do that (they explained why which I appreciate but there was still room for an upgrade like to a corner room which is larger or a premium room). Overall 5 star across the board.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Uzma Khan, Sales Manager at Embassy Suites Houston Energy Corridor, and the exceptional job she did in bringing my daughter's high school graduation celebration to life. From the moment we signed the Event Agreement, Uzma made the entire planning process effortless and stress-free. I entrusted her with every detail—from the menu and catering to the centerpieces, Chiavari chairs, pink uplighting, and overall event design—and she exceeded every expectation. The event was absolutely stunning, and even two weeks later, our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was! What impressed me most was Uzma's personal commitment to the event's success. She came by during the cocktail and appetizer hour to ensure every detail was perfect and that everything was running smoothly. Later, Tomas took over and was equally outstanding, making sure the evening continued flawlessly from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication created a stress-free and memorable experience for our family. Because of Uzma and the entire team, Embassy Suites Houston Energy Corridor earned every bit of a 5-star rating from our family. Exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and flawless execution are what distinguish truly outstanding venues, and this team delivered on every level. I have already referred several friends to this venue without hesitation. Embassy Suites is fortunate to have a hospitality professional of Uzma's caliber representing their brand. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its incredible staff! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Yolanda Aveso was the first person who welcomed us, and from that very moment I knew I had chosen the perfect place for my family. She made us feel at home and started our vacation on the best possible note. A very special thank you to Dayana, who made the best Whiskey Sour I have ever had! She didn’t just make drinks—she created an experience. She took the time to learn exactly how I like my cocktail and went above and beyond every single time. What impressed me the most was that when another bartender told me it couldn’t be made the way I wanted, Dayana stepped in without hesitation and made it perfectly. That level of care, dedication, and pride in her work is truly exceptional and deserves to be recognized. I also want to give a huge thank you to Jani, who provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever received. She was always warm, attentive, and genuinely cared that we were having a great time. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made us feel like valued guests, not just another room number. Every member of the staff we encountered greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find a hotel where the employees work together with such passion and kindness. Because of people like Yolanda, Dayana, and Jani, this wasn’t just a hotel stay—it became a memorable family vacation. They turned great service into an unforgettable experience. Service was excellent. Especially, Yolanda, she went above and beyond with helping my family have an enjoyable stay. Definitely expect to come back and wouldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The location was convenient, right by the highway. The room was a great size and very clean.
