Coomer Roofing recently installed a replacement rubber membrane roof on a balcony for me and finished it off with a parquet floor. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. It looks outstanding. We had challenges along the way, with unexpected snow storms and wet weather delaying the installation, but this family-owned company was as they promised 100% committed to customer satisfaction. My sales consultant, Joey Craig, was excellent at communicating with me. Kept me informed throughout the process. I knew I would be in great hands entrusting them to do this project for me.
Joey was great to work with. The entire project went better than I imagined, despite the weather. Everyone who worked in the project was very polite and did great work. I am happy to have a company I can go to with any future home projects.

Joey was great to work with. We had a damaged flat roof under a balcony. Water leak for a long time from contractors doing a shotty job. They replaced it with new! Looks great!
Conner, our Coomer salesman, was incredible. He met with our insurance adjuster and fought hard for everything we deserved. I didn’t even have to be there for the inspection. After that he took care of everything. The roof and gutters looked amazing and both jobs got done faster than I could have imagined. We needed our gutter screens done too and he followed through to make sure those got done quickly; they are perfect The entire experience was first class. I’ll never use anyone except for Coomer and never recommend anyone else but Coomer to people.
Joey Craig was very pleasant to deal with. He's such a nice young man who gave me straight forward, honest answers. I will definitely use Coomers again if I have roof issues.
