JP, Beau, and Kennan were all great to work with. I had to reschedule a few times and they were very accommodating. Kennan got creative and found a way to fit the downspouts to my existing drainage pipes, and the gutters look amazing.
I purchased my roof from Horizon in November 2020. Yesterday, Trey came out to take a look prior to my home inspection, He was kind, courteous, and responsive and provided me peace of mind going into the sale of my home. I know there will be no surprises with issues with my roof. I received 5 star service when I purchased the roof nearly 6 years ago and I continue to receive 5 star service from Horizon. Highly recommed.
We had an entire roof replaced by Horizon. Trey did a fantastic job from handling the initial inspection, to meeting on site during the insurance inspection and helping with the claims process. We had a small leak in our house and were pretty sure we knew where it was coming from. Trey came out promptly after we requested support, communicated regularly to let us know when he'd arrive at our home, and took care of the issue the same day. While we hope our roofing needs are few and far between, Horizon Roofing will be the first place we call for support.
