I had a wonderful experience.. Great Price and fast respond . Kevin kept me updated all the way beginning to end which i really appreciated even when he was leaving work to come and see me! I really like all the information and timelines.. My furnace is working great now ( flame sensor)
This company is the absolute best!! I used them when my furnace died when the temps were in the teens. They came out, gave me a very fair price and had the job done in 3 days. Well done, attention to detail, they cleaned up and walked me through everything before leaving. Two months later my dad's furnace went out. We called on New Years Day and had someone there in under 45 minutes!! He needed a new furnace (his was 33 years old). They applied the house call charge to the cost of the new furnace and were out the next day installing it. They are prompt, polite, fairly priced and do excellent work. I can't say enough good things about Prime Time Heating and Cooling and Kevin, the owner.

Please go with this company!!! I had Prime Time visit my grandmas house for an estimate today. Unfortunately, my uncle has stage 4 cancer and my grandma recently suffered a heart attach and small stroke. On top of all this hardship on our family, their heating system went out a few days ago. Embarrassingly, our family is really struggling financially and emotionally. Today technician Josh came out to provide a quote and help explain financing options. The owner Kevin even went out of his way to visit our residence and further access and explain how they can help. Kevin and Josh were so personal, helpful, and went over and beyond to help my family. I am highly grateful for them and the experience they provided for us. 10/10 company and I highly recommend supporting this business! Thank you so much Josh and Kevin. God bless you both.
Discovered water on basement floor that I thought was flowing from my furnace to the floor drain. Called Prime Heating late on a Monday (after 4pm). Tuesday morning Kevin came to my house and quickly determined that it was my water heater behind the furnace was leaking. The Lochinvar water heater was 2 years out of warranty (only 8 years old) and needed to be replaced. The next morning Kevin with the assistance of Josh replaced the water heater (with a different brand). The job was professionally completed by 11 AM.
Lost heat on a holiday weekend when outdoor temperature was 18 degrees. Prime Time Heating and Cooling came out immediately, were able to do a temporary fix. Since furnace was 20+ years old, we choose to replace furnace instead of spending several hundred dollars to repair. This was taken care of a few days later. Josh and Kevin were great!
