I rarely leave reviews, but I was very impressed with my service from Prime Time Heating & Cooling. Kevin was super responsive, and Josh the technician who came to our house was on time, professional and really knowledgeable. He gave me lots of suggestions to improve our ac system without trying to sell me on expensive repairs or replacements. This was our first time using them, and I have no reason to call anyone else. Thanks guys.
Called at 8:30 am for AC service since our unit stopped working the night before. Joshua called us and was at our house within an hour! He diagnosed the issue immediately, replaced a part and was done in less than 30 minutes. I can’t say enough about the customer service, quick response time and friendly service. Kevin and his team explained everything thoroughly while also offering the best cost estimate. They kept me informed of my options, providing the clear expectations I love and even threw in a new water pump when the one I'd provided suddenly bit it. Couldn't ask for better!
Absolutely love these guys!! They have helped me and my family when we were in a pinch and they have been able to provide excellent service for everyone I've recommended them to! They come as soon as they can, with good attitudes, high levels of knowledge and professionalism, and provide high-quality work for fair pricing. Brandon and his guys are a Godsend!!
