The room was comfortable although there seemed to be a grime layer that needed a deep clean. The same was true of the workout area. However, overall, the lobby and the Driftwood bar were very nice. Great cocktails and food. We definitely return just with hope. The rooms would be freshened up a little with new carpet, replacing cracked sink in the bathroom, new paint, etc.
Loved location and parking garage next door. Easy to get to and from! Cost $40 additional but well worth it! Staff was very friendly. Sucks that breakfast isn't included. Rooms are old but very well maintained. The bathrooms are small but gorgeous! Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air! Bed is big, very spacious and so comfortable! Very clean! No microwave but it does have a small fridge. Over all loved it! They do have a place for breakfast but you pay for it. Not Included in stay. Food looked and smelled good.

Had a great time. Staff is so friendly and will go above and beyond. If you stay there, definitely eat there. The food is delicious and eggs Benedict are off the chart. Chefs kiss 💋 plus definitely go to the bar 🍸 great drinks and a shout out to the bartender for mixing me a cocktail that wasn't even on the menu. Best cocktail I've ever had. He deserves a raise 😉 If I come to Portland again, will definitely stay there again
Nice place to stay, very conveniently situated. Rooms are spacious (for a downtown hotel) and very clean, and the vintage aesthetic is super cool. The one downside is parking is $40 a night with no valet and the garage is a block from the actual hotel. Expensive and not very convenient.
Great hotel with a vintage feel. If you’re a fan of Hollywood, each floor has a theme of photos from a famous director. Service is more than I could have ever expected, thank you. My room was tiny, but cozy. The bed is comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Great
