Frank Verk and the team at Moonlight General Contracting were outstanding to work with. Frank is highly responsive, professional, and timely, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Before we moved into our new home, his team completed several projects for us, including relocating a toilet and removing a pass-through door, installing a larger vanity, adding shower shelves, and installing sliding glass shower doors to create more space in our primary bathroom. They also installed a fire-rated door to the garage and converted a closet into a larger pantry. Frank started the day after we closed on the house and completed the work on schedule. At this point, we have just one remaining item to finish, a countertop being provided by another vendor. Once that is installed, Frank's team will return to connect and install the sink and faucet. We'll add photos once everything is complete, but the results already look amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We highly recommend Frank and Moonlight General Contracting for anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.
Aside from all the furniture (no need to pay attention to that I paid for that out of my pocket), check out the new LVP tile, the new painting, the new baseboards, the new bathroom vanity, the new lighting on top of that vanity, the new bathroom tile, the new toilet, and best of all the new walk-in shower (got rid of the old bath tub that was there before) all got done and completed in just 10 days. Thank you Frank, I will recommend you for any big projects down the road if and when the tim does come for something else.

Highly Recommended! We just moved to highlands ranch a few months ago and thankfully found Frank through a real estate agent referral. He transformed a home office space for us. After a few initial visits to plan the project, Frank and his team knocked out the whole new office in only 8 days! Demolition, new room layout, flooring replacement, new walls, doors, drywall, mud, and paint in just over a week. We were very impressed with the drywall/paint work blending into the rest of the original walls being that they were textured 20 years ago. All of his team were professional and polite. We recently had our deck completely redone by Frank and his team, and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! After reaching out to several contractors, Frank was the first to truly assess our needs. He recommended replacing the entire deck instead of just adding new boards to the existing structure, which was a smart move given the condition of the 20-year-old wood.To our surprise, the cost to replace the whole deck was actually less than the first bid we received, to just replace the decking and a few support beams. During the project, we discovered that the original posts weren’t set properly in concrete, which was a concern. However, Frank and his team handled it seamlessly, making quick adjustments with minimal impact to the timeline or budget. The crew was fantastic—fast, efficient, and they always left the site spotless at the end of the day. From tearing down the old deck to reframing and pouring new concrete for the posts, they completed the project in under two weeks! Frank kept us updated every step of the way, from the initial bid to the final walk-through. Couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Frank and his team for any decking needs!
Frank Verk and his teams made a 'life altering' transformation to our kitchen and stair railings. As an unprepared decorator, Frank was patient with me and offered ideas. He discovered and fixed a plumbing issue in the kitchen that had been there for years - YIKES!! This has made such a difference in the taste of our water and pressure.
