I am writing this review to document a pattern of unprofessional and concerning behavior I have repeatedly witnessed at this medical office. My intention is not to be disrespectful, but to clearly state issues that directly affect patient safety, privacy, and the overall standard of care.On multiple occasions, staff members have openly discussed private details about other patients in front of me and others in the waiting area. This is not only unprofessional, but it raises serious concerns regarding compliance with federal privacy laws, including HIPAA. Patient information should never be shared publicly, and the lack of discretion displayed by the staff is alarming.Additionally, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility are far below what is expected of a medical environment. The office requires a thorough cleaning and better sanitation practices to meet basic health and safety standards. A medical facility should be held to a higher level of cleanliness than what is currently being demonstrated. The staff and providers would benefit from immediate retraining on patient confidentiality, professional conduct, and proper office procedures. A healthcare environment must prioritize respect, privacy, and safety at all times. If these issues continue to go unaddressed, I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns to the appropriate regulatory agencies, including state health authorities and any relevant oversight boards. Patients deserve to receive care in an environment that is safe, clean, and compliant with federal and state laws.I hope this office takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements. This review serves as formal notice of the issues I have observed, and I expect corrective action to be taken promptly. ---

The treatment from the Doctors is great! But beware that if you cannot drop within a certain time limit around lunch time, they will not warn you ahead of time. And then proceed to tell you at the very last minute that because of their lunch schedule, you will be then asked to come back after their lunch break. But however my last appointment was at 12:30 so I'm just very confused because at 12:30 on the day of my appointment they said everyone would be at lunch. And I would have to come back at 2:00. Poor communication, and a lack of understanding of how we would not know that information due to the front end employee letting me sit untill it was too late, but on this day they don't have time to see me during those hours of 12:30-2:00. But last month I was seen during their supposed lunch hours. So as just a patient with no knowledge of the major difference between my last appointment to this one. They seemed to enjoy telling me last minute that I missed out on my scheduled appointment and would have to come back. Simply could have been avoided with the right amount of respect of our time and a little communication and a tad of empathy.
Love that I’m in and out most of the time with pharmacy meds and the staff are all so friendly.
I was prescribed Wellbutrin and gabapentin for pain management and mood stabilization in REHAB. I told her why I was prescribed and why I needed a refill. Not only did she brush me off but for the second time she did not communicate that she wouldn't refill my medication and let me find out when I received my visit summary. Wasting my time and making sure that I didn't have the chance to advocate for myself knowing she wasn't going to give it to me. Tell me why these doctors believe that rehab would prescribe me medications I dont need. They'll refill my Wellbutrin which can be sold or snorted but not the gabapentin which is for pain I am experiencing that is very REAL. (I've been an STNA since I was 17) They said I need to go to physical therapy when I don't have car, mind you I do have medicab but if you've ever used it before you know that getting to and from one appointment takes up at least half the day. I do not have the time to get there because I am in group 7 days a week and work 5. So why would she not prescribe me the pain management med for the time being that rehab put me on? Do these doctors not understand that especially when it comes to people in recovery how truly important it is to keep someone on the right meds once they have found them, otherwise there is a huge risk for relapse!? I tried their other meds last time around and guess what happened? Overwhelmed with all of the tasks they added to time I was already struggling to manage and RELAPSE. The lack of understanding and empathy is disheartening. Their answers look good on paper but the lack of understanding where I'm coming from as 23 year old woman trying to rebuild my life and doing the best I can is upsetting. I said I was willing to work them when it came to physical therapy but they need to give me time. And now I have to suffer until then. I felt as though I was seen as a statistic when I'm a human being making an honest effort to get better. Oh and I would like to add, that they have offered to prescribe Suboxone which is 100x harder to withdrawal from.
I love this clinic, its clean, front desk staff is friendly, the providers are awesome and actually listen to you. The time you wait in the waiting room until seen by the provider is always a reasonable amount of time. I can't forget to mention the pharmacy staff as well, they go above and beyond when needed and I truly appreciate that. Any time I call in needing something, it is taken care of right away or within a reasonable amount of time. Whenever I have been feeling sick, I always get in same day, not to say that will always be the case, nonetheless I've never had an issue. The staff care about their patients and it shows. I highly recommend this clinic for care.
