Ace & A did wonderful work. They replaced my whole unit and were very efficient. A representative (Fred) even came back the next day to set our temperature on a schedule at my wife's request. I will recommend Ace & A to anyone.

My experience with Fred, the technician, was particularly pleasant. Fred was highly informative and educated me about my AC and furnace in my home. Fred did a wonderful job. He was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. When the insurance company attempted to claim the issue was not water-related, Fred immediately recognized that it was—without even knowing the full background. I am truly grateful for his professionalism, expertise, and outstanding service.
Ace and A (in the Atlanta area) are a wonderful company to deal with. Their customer service is A+++. They communicated about every visit with calls from the office to remind us and from the technician to pinpoint his time of arrival. Jermaine the engineer knew so much and helped explain what he was doing and why. He worked very hard, had years of experience, and was a true perfectionist. A very pleasant young man. We also received “over and above” customer service from Carol in the office. She alerted us that the unit was still under warranty (which she didn’t need to have done) and saved us quite a bit of money. We are very grateful for all the help she gave us. We highly recommend this company - a small family firm with excellent skills and customer service.
